Welcome to our Kenya 2007 Missions trip blog. This will be a forum in which we can share comments, prayers, ideas, etc for our trip. We are excited for the opportunity to give to others. But also see this as an opportunity to learn from another culture.
We are a small team of 10 with a variety of experience (some of us have never been on a missions trip before). Our trip will begin on September 10, 2007 and will last for 11 days. While in Kenya, we will minister to some of the Masai Tribe churches and other local churches. We will also be helping in an orphanage.
As we prepare for our trip with Cornerstone Family Church, we will update this blog on what we have done so far... As of today, we have had a couple meetings to get to know each other and to understand the opportunities that we will have while in Kenya. We hope that this blog will allow for others to see that they too can be a part of missions.

Hey Tammy, hope the mission trip is coming along really well. My friend's Asif and Gord who sponsored me in 2002 promised to sponsor me for a 12 month trip in 2009, I've already started preparing. God bless. - Phillip, Toronto Canada.
